RETURNS
we DO NOT accept returns on any personalised items unless they have been damaged during postage. E.G bows falling off pram charms/ beads on pram charms being broken & falling apart.
Any items that are being returned will either be issued with a refund or a exchange.
we do NOT accept returns on any other ITEMS.
If items have not been returned within 14 days of being delivered you will NOT be issued a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
We will only issue a refund if items have been damaged in the post and have been returned within 14 days after being delivered.
we will only issue you a refund on your purchased items & not postage as your postage labels have already been purchased and used.
We DO NOT issue refunds on personalised items , if damaged we can exchange the items. T&Cs apply
